Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the sessions, digital materials, and products offered by DailyWealth Studio (we, us, our) at dailywealthhub.com.

2. Acceptance

By enrolling in any offering, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Services

We offer educational sessions, workshops, and coaching in personal resource management. Schedules and content are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.

5. Digital Materials

We provide guides, video tutorials, and webinar recordings. Access is granted after full payment.

6. Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks and branded merchandise are shipped to the address provided during purchase.

7. Refund and Transfer Policy

7.1 Return of payments

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

7.2 Service cancellations and transfers

Cancellations or transfer requests for sessions must be submitted at least 7 days before the start date. Eligible requests will receive a full refund or may transfer to another session at no extra charge.

7.3 Digital material refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access is granted. If content is defective or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or resolution.

7.4 Goods returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Ship returns to our facility at the address below.

7.5 No-refund justification

Digital materials are available immediately upon payment. To maintain content integrity and fair access, once granted, access cannot be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
